Green Color Oil Well Subsurface Sucker Rod Pump Tubing Pump

Product Overview

Rod pump is applicable to the deep well and inclined well, with low liquid lever and small oil output. Meanwhile, the wells should have sufficient liquid supply and the sand and wax is not serious. The pumping depth is not above 3100 meters. During working, the maintain can be done by lifting sucker rod, instead of tubing. This method can reduce labor and improve the efficiency.


Working Principle


In the upper stroke, the plunger is on the bottom of the tubing pump. Because the hydraulic pressure from the uper tubing, both up and traveling valves will close, When the plunger go up, the stationary valve open and oil will go through the pump, since the bottom pressure is higher than the uper pressure, then the fluid will be forced to go through the stationary valve and flow into the tubing.
In the down stroke,the traveling valve open and the presure drive the oil go into the plunger from the side holeof the extractor, then go into the tubing.


Technical Performance & Characteristics

  • The surface of the plunger is subject to build-up welding with nickel-based alloy powder, thus the corrosion-resistant performance is enhanced.
  • The pump barrel is made of high-quality special tubes, and the internal surface is hardened through chrome or nickel-phosphorus plating, resulting high strength, rigidness and corrosion-resistant performance.
  • The valve ball and seat are made of high carbon chromium stainless steel, tungsten carbide, titanium carbide or other materials, thus its service life is extended.
  • High pumping efficiency and long inspection cycle.
  • Compact structure and easy installation and maintenance.
