Abrasion Resistance 6 5/8" Oilfield Tubing Head for Wellhead
Product Introduction
Our tubing heads operate in working pressures of 2,000, 3,000 and 5,000 psi and test pressures of 4,000, 6,000 and 7,500 psi. Maximum slip flange load is rated to 85,000 pounds.
Bottom Connections Bolt-through flange, studded flange and clamp-hub connections are available. The type and pressure rating used must match the top flange of the previous casing spool or crossover flange. Bolt-through flange connections are the most popular and economical type of connection in certain parts of the world. Clamp-hub connections are sometimes specified, because they are much faster to make up and because they reduce the diameter and weight of the assembly when space limitations are present.

- Made from high-strengh alloy and processed specially with heating treatment.
- All stell tanks are welded with staintess stell for long-term anti-corrosion.
- Designed and manufactured with reference to API 6A technical specifications.
- Top & bottom connections and outlets per customer design requirements by either flanged or clamp connections.
- Used for high-pressure drilling, in conjunction with flat valve for preventing blowout and connecting BOP.
- Fit for Hydrogen sulfide H2S resistant service, manufactured with reference to NACEMR 0175 technical specifications.
