Product Introduction

Mud cleaner is the second phase purification Equipment in Drilling mud system. It's mainly used for treatment of 15~47μm solid particles in drilling fluids. TRQJ series drilling mud cleaner is combined with desander, desilter and underflow shale shaker. It has higher cleaning function compared with separate desander and desilter. In addition to reasonable design process, it equals another shale shaker.

TRQJ series mud cleaner is a normal model of our company. TR Solids Control can design customized cost-effective mud Cleaner for customers special needs. Our mud cleaner can meet almost all needs for oil & gas well drilling fluids treatment system and HDD Mud Recycling System.

Advantages of TRQJ Series Mud Cleaner

Mechanical Deck is adjustable during operation, reliable performance.
Hook-strip shaker screens for fast screens changing with screens.
Compact design with small footprint, with top feed and weir feed two option.
Polyurethane ( PU ) material, high-chromium cast iron or ceramic to make desander and desilter cones.
Desander cones can be installed between one and three 10" desander cones, each cone can process 500 GPM and makes a separation between 45 and 75 μm.
Desilter cones can be installed between eight and twenty 4" or 5" desilter cones, each cone can process 80 GPM, and makes a separation between 15 and 45 μm.
